Louise Rose lives in Portland Oregon and is a Naturopathic Physician, former whole foods chef, and now a certified practioner of TRE®-Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. She believes in the profound healing power of nature - and particularly the therapeutic action of water, nutrition, and movement. 

Working with patients at Rose Cabinet Medicine, she helps people reconnect with their inner vitality, increase their energy, become more emotionally resilient so that they can turn up the dial on joy and fully engage with their unique gifts. She is excited to bring this work to the group setting, and to play with her great friend and co-conspirator, Lisa. 

Lisa Levine is a Certified Life and Health Coach who lives in Seattle, Washington. She studied Life Coaching with the original Life Coach, Dr. Martha Beck through the Martha Beck Institute where she learned a multitude of tools to help people understand and move beyond their fears, shift their perspectives and, first and foremost, how to truly Pay Attention to and change what they are thinking, feeling and doing so that they can get un-stuck and move towards the lives they truly want to be living.  

She decided to add to her passion for all things health related by also getting certified as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In addition to studying over 100 different dietary theories, she learned numerous strategies for helping clients create new habits and lifestyle changes. She calls her brand of coaching Audacious Health and Wellness because it can feel audacious to try new ways of thinking, new ways of nourishing your body and new ways of showing up for yourself - but it is 100% worth the effort.
